Abstract
Procedure and device for the transformation of a hydroxylamine salt into another hydroxylamine salt, applicable in particular to the transformation of a hydroxylamine sulfate into a hydroxylamine nitrate, the procedure characterized in that said transformation is carried out by electrodialysis in at least one cell of electrolysis divided into four compartments by, successively, an ion-exchange membrane of the anionic type, a membrane of the cationic type and a membrane of the anionic type, and by which an aqueous solution of the starting hydroxylamine salt, in the fourth compartment from the anode, an aqueous solution whose anion is that of the hydroxylamine salt to be obtained and in the first and third compartments starting from the anode an aqueous electrolyte solution.
