Abstract
Procedimiento para revestir por recubrimiento sustratos arbitrarios, con un agente recubridor, caracterizado porque comprende, en una primera etapa, hacer reaccionar (i) una mezcla de poliisocianato, que además de un 20 a 80% en peso de 2,2''-diisocianatodifenilmetano contiene en total un 80 a 20% en peso de 2,2'' -diisocianatofifenilmetano, 4,4'' -diisocianatodifenilmetano así como, en caso dado, pollisocianatos polinucleares de la serie difenilmetano con (ii) un polihidroxipoliéter que lleva como mínimo un átomo de nitrógeno de amina terciaria, del peso molecular medio 500 a 10.000, o una mezcla de polihidroxipoliéter conteniendo como mínimo un polihidroxipoliéter de éstos, del peso molecular medio 500 a 10.000, o una mezcla de polihidroxipoliéter conteniendo como mínimo un polihidroxipoliéter de éstos, del peso molecular medio 500 a 10.000, haciéndose reaccionar los componentes (i) y (ii) en una proporción de equivalencia entre NCO y OH de 300 : 1 hasta 10 : 1 bajo formación de un productode reacción libre de grupos isocianato y conteniendo grupos uretano, en una segunda etapa componer el poliisocianato obtenido en la etapa anterior con un conjunto polihidroxilo orgánico así como con medios auxiliares y aditivos hasta formar un medio de recubrimiento listo para ser empleado y finalmente recubrir el substrato por la técnica del lacado con dicho medio de recubrimiento.
