Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar benzo [5,6] ciclohepta [1,2-c] piridinas, de fórmula I *** en donde R1 es hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, fluor, cloro o bromo R3 es hidrógeno o alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, R4 es hidrógeno o alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono y, R2II es alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono o cicloalquilalquilo de 5 a 10 átomos de carbono, conteniendo el anillo cicloalquílico del mismo por lo menos cuatro átomo de carbono, alquenilo o alquinilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono, no siendo el enlace múltiple de los mismos adyacente al átomo de nitrógeno de la estructura de anillo tricíclico, oxoalquilo de 2 a 5 átomos de carbono, estando separado el átomo de oxígeno del mismo por al menos dos átomos de carbono del átomo de nitrógeno del sistema de anillo triciclito, o fenilalquilo de 7 a 10 átomos de carbono.
