Abstract
1. Un aparato para un circuito extracorporal de sangre que comprende unos medios formadores de una cámara (1) a través de la cual circula la sangre, y medios transferidores de calor (45) situados en dicha cámara para regular la temperatura de dicha sangre, caracterizado porque dichos medios transferidores de calor tienen una nervadura helicoidal sustancialmente continua (43) a lo largo de su longitud proporcionando una estría helicoidal continua considerablemente más larga de la longitud de dichos medios transferidores de calor estando dicha nervadura situada en contacto o muy cerca de unos medios de pared (51) de dicha cámara a fin de que sustancialmente dicha sangre circule en contacto con superficies externas de dichos medias transferidores de calor a través de una pluralidad de recorridos de flujo extendido de superficie restringida en torno al exterior de los medios transferidores de calor proporcionados por dicha estría en combinación con dichos medios de pared con un tiempo de permanencia resultante relativamente largo de la sangre en contacto con dichos medios transferidores de calor.
