Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados de cefem de fórmula general I *** ver imagen 01 donde Z significa un resto 1,4-dihidro-4-oxo-1-piridilo insustituido o sustituido una o varias veces por alquilo con 1-4 átomos de carbono, alcoxi con 1-4 átomos de carbono, OH, F, Cl, Br, I, NO2 y/o NH2.
