Abstract
Procedimiento para el reformado catalítico de hidrocarburos, caracterizado porque comprende reformar una materia prima de hidrocarburos, en presencia de un catalizador de reformado catalítico que comprende un componente vehículo y un componente catalítico, caracterizado porque dicho componente vehículo comprende fundamentalmente alúmina que tiene: (1) un volumen de poros al menos 0,65 cc/g, (2) un contenido de microporos con un tamaño en la gama de 80 a 150 A de diámetro que constituye al menos el 70% de dicho volumen de poros y (3) un contenido de poros con un diámetro superior a 1000 A que constituye de un 0,1 a un 3% de dicho volumen de poros; siendo dicho componente catalítico por al menos un material seleccionado entre los metales, óxidos y haluros del grupo de elemento formado por el renio, manganeso, germanio, estaño, cinc y titanio; conteniendo dicha composición, sobre base seca y calculado como metal, además de dicha alúmina, una cantidad de un 0,1 a un 3 por ciento en peso aproximadamente del citado metal noble, una cantidad en la misma gama de haluro a una temperatura comprendida entre 316 y 593ºC, preferentemente entre 371 y 566ºC a una presión comprendida entre presión atmosférica y 70,3 atmósferas, preferentemente comprendido entre 3,52 y 52,7 atmósferas, con una correlación entre la temperatura y presión con la velocidad espacial horaria del líquido comprendida entre 0,1 y 10, preferentemente entre 1 y 5, y una relación molar entre el hidrógeno y el hidrocarburo comprendida entre 1 y 10.
