Abstract
Una disposición para regenerar señales de arranque-parada e impulsos de marcación y convertir las señales regeneradas en una señal isócrona, en donde las señales de arranque-parada son regeneradas por medio de un proceso de regeneración con n momentos de exploración iniciados por una transición parada-arranque y en donde los impulsos de marcación son regenerados por un proceso de regeneración mixto que comprende dos procesos de regeneración mutuamente exclusivos que pueden ser iniciados por transiciones de señal en direcciones opuestas y en donde las muestras de señal tomadas en los momentos de exploración son almacenadas en un dispositivo de almacenamiento elástico que es leído en instantes de sincronismo isócronos para formar una señal de información isócrona.
