Abstract

Aparato perfeccionado para calentar o cocer comidas, que comprende un armario para alimentos y bebidas que tiene puertas de acceso y un panel trasero, estantes calentadores en el armario que soportan bandejas de alimentos, superficies calentadoras individuales levantadas, soportadas por dichos estantes, entradas de aire normalmente cerradas en el panel trasero de armario, salidas de aire normalmente cerradas en el panel trasero de dicho armario, una cámara impelente que tiene un panel delantero, salidas de aire normalmente cerradas en el panel delantero de la cámara impelente, entradas de aire normalmente cerradas en el citado panel delantero de dicha cámara impelente, medios para hacer circular aire enfriado en una pauta de circuito cerrado a través de la cámara impelente cuando sus entradas y salidas están cerradas.
