Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención del ácido N-9m, 10-dihidro-lisergil-m-amino-benzoico puede llevarse a cabo en forma análoga a los métodos de condensación conocidos para la producción de amidas de ácido lisérgico análogas. Como derivados funcionales, reactivos, de un ácido de fórmula II pueden usarse, por ejemplo, el cloruro de ácido, la azida de ácido, el anhídrido mixto de un ácido de fórmula II con ácido sulfúrico o trifluoacético, pero con preferencia el producto de la reacción de un ácido de fórmula II con el amidocloruro obtenido de cloruro de oxalilo y dimetilformamida.
