Abstract

Módulo de orificio destinado a ser utilizado en un aparato de comprobación de partículas que incluye un recipiente de la suspensión de partículas en un líquido que han de ser comprobadas, incluyendo el módulo una envoltura hecha de un material ópticamente transparente y que tiene una primera cámara y una segunda cámara, un soporte de orificio situado en la primera cámara y que tiene un orificio situado en él, extendiéndose el soporte de orificio en el recipiente de modo que el orificio comunique por un lado con la suspensión de líquido, un primer electrodo situado en el recipiente y un segundo electrodo situado en la primera cámara para establecer un campo eléctrico en el orificio entre el recipiente y el módulo de orificio, un dispositivo para conectar la primera cámara en una de sus entradas con una fuente de líquido exento de partículas y un dispositivo para conectar la primera cámara en su salida con un dispositivo de desplazamiento de fluido con el objeto de desplazar la suspensión a partir del recipiente a través del orificio y hasta la primera cámara.
