Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar nuevos derivados de la cefalosporina. Cuando se utiliza el ácido la protección del grupo amino se efectúa por cualquier método conocido de por sí para el bloqueo de una función amina sin tocar por lo demás la molécula. Es necesario utilizar un grupo fácilmente eliminable tal como el grupo terciobutoxicarbonilo o tricloro-2,2,2 etoxicarboinilo. Resulta en particular ventajoso utilizar el grupo terciobutoxicarbonilo, que puede introducirse por acción por le bicarbonato de diterciobutilo, del azidoformiato de terciobutilo, del cloroformiato de terciobutilo o del carbonato mixto de terciobutilo y p.nitrofenilo.
