Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de parasoles, en particular para vehículos automóviles, por moldeo de una espuma en el interior de una cubierta termoplástica en dos partes, comprendiendo estos parasoles un manguito apto para recibir un vástago de montaje articulado para el vehículo, y una varilla destinada a insertarse en un órgano de retención fijado sobre dicho vehículo, caracterizado porque se utilizan un molde que comprende dos coquillas provistas, cada una, de una cavidad cuya entrada está bordeada por un reborde periférico en el cual están realizadas unas ranuras previstas para el posicionamiento del manguito y de la varilla en el interior del molde, se deposita un elemento de cubierta sobre la coquilla inferior, se colocan el manguito y la varilla sobre el elemento de cubierta de manera que ocupen su lugar definitivo en el molde, se cuela la espuma sobre dicho elemento de cubierta, se coloca el segundo elemento de cubierta sobre la coquilla superior, se cierra el molde y se desmoldea después de la expansión de la espuma.
