Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados acilamido-3-cefem-4-carboxílicos de fórmula general: **(Fórmula)** en la que el índice n es un número entero comprendido entre 1 y 4, el índice m significa 0 ó 1, X significa oxígeno, azufre o el grupo -NH-, W significa un grupo -CO-, -CO-NHSO2- o -SO2NH-CO-, o X-W juntos significan un grupo -CO- o -CO-NHSO2-, A significa fenilo, tienilo o furilo, en caso dado sustituidos, Y significa hidrógeno, hidroxilo, formiloxi, amino o sulfo, en caso dado, en forma de sal y Z significa hidrógeno o Y y Z juntos significan un grupo oxo o un grupo =N-O-Rº, donde Rº significa hidrógeno o alquilo inferior, en caso dado sustituido, R1 significa hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, halógeno o un grupo de fórmula -CH2-R2, donde R2 significa un grupo hidroxi o mercapto libre, esterificado o etirificado, o un grupo de amonio cuaternario, y R3 significa hidrógeno o metoxi, donde los grupos carboxi están esterificados, en cada dado, en forma fisiológicamente disociables y sus sales.
