Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de un preparado enzimático inmovilizado, caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto un material soporte, sobre cuya superficie se encuentran grupos hidrófobos conteniendo cadenas de hidrocarburos alifáticos sustituidos o insustituidos con al menos 6 átomos de carbono y/o conteniendo cadenas de grupos fenilo sustituidos o insustituidos, con al menos un enzima, durante un periodo tal y bajo condiciones tales que las moléculas del enzima lleguen a unirse a los grupos hidrófobos.
