Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en recipientes de transporte o almacenamiento para sustancias radiactivas, en particular elementos combustibles irradiados de reactores nucleares, constituido por una cubeta y una tapa de cierre, presentando la cubeta una capa exterior metálica, una capa intermedia metálica colada y un forro de protección interior, caracterizados porque la capa exterior y la capa intermedia se han producido por colada a base de una aleación de carburo de hierro o una aleación de cobre, y la capa intermedia está realizada al menos en parte en forma de una matriz de fundición con trozos de metal muy pesado incrustados en ella y que presentan un punto de fusión situado por encima de 800ºC.
