Abstract
Procedimiento para descubrir substancias cancerígenas y substancias anticancerosas, tóxicas y neutrales, caracterizado porque se compara la acción de estas substancias sobre la réplica in vitro de ADN aislado de tejidos o células sanos (ADN testigo), por una parte, y del ADN aislado de tejidos o células cancerosas (ADN cancerosos), por otra, y se reconocen las substancias cancerígenas porque ellas estimulan más fuertemente la réplica de ADN canceroso que aquélla de ADN testigo, y las substancias específicamente anticancerosas porque ellas inhiben la réplica al igual que la iniciación de la réplica o el alargamiento de la cadena de ADN en síntesis en la matriz de ADN canceroso y no sobre la matriz de ADN testigo, inhibiendo las substancias tóxicas tanto la síntesis de ADN canceroso como aquella de ADN testigo, en tanto que las substancias neutrales no actúan ni sobre la réplica de ADN canceroso ni sobre aquélla de ADN testigo.
