Abstract

Intercambiador da calor para el tratamiento térmico en forma escalonada múltiplemente de material da grano fino en separados de ciclón unidos entre sí, por la que fluye la corriente de gases de escape de un horno de calcinación, con preferencia de un horno de tambor giratorio, caracterizado porque, en la dirección de flujo de la corriente da gases de escapa están dispuestos al menos los dos primeros ciclones del intercambiador de calor, aproximadamente a la misma altura y por parejas, siendo recorridos sucesivamente por el gas, y porque la conducción de unión entre el par de ciclones extremo inferior y/o la conducción de gases de escape que conduce desde el horno de tambor giratorio al primer ciclón del mencionado par de ciclones, y/o la zona de entrada da material en el horno de tambor giratoria, están dotadas de al manos un dispositivo para la alimentación de combustión.
