Abstract
Un dispositivo para la obtención microbiológica de proteínas unicelulares a partir de etanol, en el que se dispone de un fermentador de producción (1) con alimentadores para la solución de nutrientes, inoculo así como oxigeno y extractores para la biomasa y gases de emisión, en el caso de desearse adicionalmente con alimentador (es) para sustancias auxiliares y válvula de muestreo, así como un dispositivo de bombeo para la circulación del medio de cultivo, y caracterizado además porque el fermentador de producción (1) esta unido por medio de tuberías (9) y (10) a un intercambiador de calor separado (3), la bomba (4) para efectuar la circulación en circuito cerrado del medio de cultivo a través del fermentador (1), tubería superior (9), intercambiador de calor (3) y tubería inferior (10) va situado en la tubería inferior (10), por encima del alimentador de oxigeno (7) incidiendo por encima del fondo del fermentador (1) se halla situado un distribuidor del flujo de gas (8) provisto con porosde 1 a 7 micras de tamaño y la tubería inferior (10) con forma de un alimentador tangencial para líquidos va situada directamente por encima del distribuidor de flujo de gas (8) incidiendo en el fermentador (1), y caracterizándose además porque en el sentido de circulación entre el fermentador (1) y el intercambiador de calor (3) se encuentra una cámara de desgaseado (2) y por ir la tubería superior (9) dispuesta con incidencia desde arriba hasta abajo en la cámara de desgaseado, (2) en forma de un alimentador de líquidos vertical.
