Abstract
Procedimiento para la producción de fibras de polímeros de acrilonitrilo, hiladas por fusión, que tienen una intensidad colorante de por lo menos 60 y un cambio de matiz inferior a 15 aproximadamente cuando se somete a un procesamiento caliente-húmedo, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de extruir una masa en fusión de una sola fase, homogénea , de agua y polímero de acrilonitrilo que contiene porciones moleculares hidrófilas, a través de una hilera estando la cantidad de agua en dicha fusión en la mitad inferior de la gama de cantidades requeridas para proveer una masa en fusión de una sola fase, bajo las condiciones de extrusión, y siendo la cantidad de porciones moleculares hidrófilas contenidas en dicho polímero suficiente para controlar el régimen de liberación de agua del producto extruído naciente en combinación con procesamiento y evitar la formación sustancial de una fase de agua separada, hacer pasar dicho producto extruído naciente directamente a una zona de solidificaciónpresurizada por vapor , mantenida bajo tales condiciones de saturación y presión que se obtenga un producto extruido naciente solidificado y se evite la formación sustancial de una fase de agua separada en el producto extruido solidificado mientras se elimina agua de dicho producto extruido, liberar el producto solidificado desde dicha zona de solidificación presurizada por vapor a la atmósfera, para proveer un producto extruido solidificado que contiene agua residual en una sola fase agua-polímero y secar el producto extruido resultante bajo tales condiciones de temperatura y humedad que se elimine agua del mismo y se evite la formación sustancial de una fase de agua separada del mismo.
