Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar interferón de leucocitos porcinos, exógeno , en el cual los leucocitos porciones se cosechan, aíslan, se ceban opcionalmente, se tratan con un inductor de interferón y se incuban y se obtiene el interferón formado, que comprende utilizar, como fuente de proteínas añadida, en cualquiera de las etapas anteriormente mencionadas, una fuente de proteínas, la cual en la inmuno-electrofóresis, está sustancialmente libre de bandas que nos sean idénticas o parcialmente idénticas a las bandas del suero agamma humano, cuando se utiliza como anticuerpo precipitante, proteína de suero humano anti-total, IgG antihumana, IgA antihumana, IgM antihumana y albúmina antihumana
