Abstract

Un conjunto de eje, placa de ventilador y cubo para un ventilador centrífugo, que comprende un eje, un par de cubos opuestos incluyendo un cubo que es inseparable de dicho eje y un anillo de cubo que es separable de dicho eje, una placa de ventilador de forma de disco que tiene un margen periférico interior dispuesto en relación de emparedado entre las caras opuestas de dicho cubo y dicho anillo de cubo, incluyendo dicho margen periférico interior una parte de anillo engrosada que proporciona resaltos anulares que se proyectan en oposición en la periferia exterior de la parte de anillo engrosada, incluyendo tanto el cubo inseparable como el anillo de cubo separable rebajos anulares en sus caras opuestas para recibir dicha parte de anillo engrosada de modo que las periferias exteriores de dichos rebajos estén en relación estrecha de apoyo a tope con dichos resaltos de modo que formen áreas de soporte de esfuerzo de resalto-rebajo, y una pluralidad de elementos de sujeción dispuestos en posiciones esparcidas circunferencialmente alrededor de dicho cubo y de dicho anillo de cubo y que se extienden en dirección axial a través de dicho cubo, de dicho anillo de cubo y de la parte de anillo engrosada, con lo que dichas áreas de soporte de esfuerzo de resalto-rebajo están situadas radialmente hacia fuera de las áreas de soporte de esfuerzo en las proximidades de los elementos de sujeción, de manera que los esfuerzos, que son consecuencia en gran medida de las variaciones térmicas transitorias en el ventilador, sean aplicados en su mayor parte a las áreas de soporte de esfuerzo de resalto-rebajo.
