Abstract

Dispositivo para abrir y limpiar residuos de algodón, especialmente cintas, borra de carda y material de batidora, con un rodillo de entrada de material fibroso para la introducción del material fibroso en un tambor de dientes de sierra, con cuya periferia, para la disgregación del material fibroso en fibras individuales está asociado un tramo disgregador, caracterizado porque en la dirección de rotación del tambor de dientes de sierra al tramo disgregador le sigue un rodillo desprendedor de fibras, que gira en dirección inversa a la del tambor de dientes de sierra, y porque al rodillo desprendedor de fibras le sigue una conducción que lleva a un recipiente colector de material fibroso.
