Abstract
Un metodo de procesado de semillas oleaginosas por extracción con disolvente, utilizando un disolvente ternario que comprende un disolvente hidrocarbonado oleófilo, un alcohol inferior que es miscible con el agua y con el disolvente hidrocarbonado, y agua, para producir, como uno de los materiales extraidos, una micela completa que contiene aceite crudo, fosfátidos y el disolvente ternario; cuyo ,método comprende: a) separar la micela completa en una fase superior y una fase inferior, donde la fase superior contiene aceite crudo, fosfátidos, disolvente hidrocarbonado, alcohol inferior y agua en unas relaciones de disolvente por lo menos iguales a las relaciones de los respectivos disolvente en el azeotropo ternario formado por los disolvente cuando se calientan a temperatura del vapor azeotrópico; b) someter a la fase superior a la acción del calor para que los disolventes ternarios se evaporen a su temperatura de destilación azetrópica para separar practicamente la totalidad del agua de lafase superior y producir una fase líquida no acuosa que contiene el aceite y los fosfátidos con la condicion de que, opcionalmente , pueda no llevarse a cabo la etapa a) de separación de fases con lo que la calefacción se efectúa directamente sobre la micela completa que contiene el aceite crudo, los fosfátidos y los disolvente ternarios, separándose igualmente una fase líquida no acuosa con el aceite y los fosfátidos; c) si se desea, recuperar de la fase líquida no acuosa un producto fosfátido altamente dispersable en agua que contiene alrededor de 1800 ppm de cloruro de colina.
