Abstract
Se han sintetizado tres clases de N-(tetrazol-5-il)-protaglandin-carboxamidas con sustituyentes en la cadena lateral inferior fenilo o fenilo sustituido C-16 (clase 1) , fenoxi o fenoxi sustituido C-16 (clase 2) y n-pentilo, 2 hexilo o 2-metil-2-hexilo C-15 (clase 3) , utilizando los correspondientes acil-imidazoles intermedios y 5-aminotetrazol. Las tres clases de prostaglandinas ejercen actividades biológicas diferentes y selectivas que son anti ulcerante (Clase 1), de control de la fertilidad (clase 2) y broncodilatadora o de control de la fertilidad (clase 3).
