Abstract

Método de trituración de madera bajo presión, en una trituradora que comprende una cámara (3) de trituración llena de gas bajo presión y que alberga unos medios de trituración rotativos (2) , alimentándose la madera por partidas en dicha cámara de trituración , presionándose la partida de madera alimentada contra dichos medios de trituración y descargándose la pasta mecánica de dicha cámara de trituración, caracterizado porque, para lograr la trituración bajo una presión continua, se alimentan las partidas (7) de madera en la cámara de trituración (3) llena de gas bajo presión a través de una cámara (6) de alimentación , dotada de medios parara abrir y cerrar herméticamente y de forma secuencial dicha cámara de alimentación dese dos lados para ponerla en comunicación y respectivamente fuera de comunicación con la atmósfera y dicha cámara de trituración respectivamente, y porque se descarga la pasta mecánica de la cámara (3) de trituración llena de gas bajo presión a través de una esclusa (22a) de presión formada por la pasta mecánica.
