Abstract

Un filtro de tambor o disco rotativo que comprende un material de filtro en lámina llevado por una estructura giratoria que está parcialmente sumergida en un líquido a filtrar y proporciona una pluralidad de celdas distribuidas circunferencialmente en el lado interior de dicho material de filtro en láminas, caracterizado porque cada celda comunica con una salida libre que se abre a una cámara de vacío común provista de medios para la extracción del filtrado de la misma y el mantenimiento del vacío en ella, estando prevista al menos una boquilla de vapor o de aire comprimido en dicha cámara de vacío y estando dispuesta para formar, en una posición de soplado predeterminada de cada celda, junto con la salida con la que comunica la celda, una bomba eyectora que aspira desde la cámara de vacío común y sopla en la celda, para limpiar por soplado la torta de filtro del material de filtro en lámina.
