Abstract

Un separador por hidrociclón para la separación de una mezcla de materiales en dos fracciones, que comprende una cámara de separación (1), la cual incluye parcialmente una zona cilíndrica circular (2) dispuesta con por lo menos una abertura tangencial de admisión (3) para la mezcla de materiales que entra y una primera abertura central de salida (4) para una de las fracciones, y parcialmente, una zona cónica (7) que define una segunda abertura de salida para la segunda fracción, caracterizado dicho separador porque la cámara de separación (1) se encuentra encerrada dentro de una caja exterior (9) dispuesta por lo menos, en torno a toda la parte circunferencial de la zona cónica (7) de la cámara de separación, de modo que se dispone un espacio cerrado (13, 14, 15) entre la cámara de separación (1) y dicha caja exterior (9) y porque existe un órgano para detectar y/o indicar toda presencia de material que escape de la cámara de separación (1) al indicado espacio (13, 14, 15).
