Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a agentes terapéuticos, que son nuevos derivados de la ftalazina, y especialmente se refiere a estos derivados con un grupo piperidino sustituido en la posición 1. Los compuestos de la invención son inhibidores de la fosfodiesterasa y estimulantes cardíacos, de los que una clase preferida aumenta selectivamente la fuerza de la contracción mio cardial sin producir aumentos significativos del ritmo cardiaco. Los compuestos son útiles en el tratamiento curativo o profiláctico de las condiciones cardíacas , como fallo cardiaco congestivo, angina de pecho arritmias cardiacas y fallo cardíaco agudo.
