Abstract

Procedimiento para la determinación de alfa-amilasa, con utilización de un derivado de almidón oligómero o polímero en calidad de substrato, caracterizado porque se utiliza un derivado de almidón que lleva un sustituyente capaz de copulación con formación de un colorante, se separan desde la fase que contiene almidón los productos de desdoblamiento de substrato, se copula con otro componente formador de colorante, y se mide el colorante formado de este modo.
