Abstract

Método para estabilizar productos alimenticios caracterizados porque comprende: disponer al menos una cámara de tratamiento de alimentos, suministrar vapor de agua saturado a dicha cámara de tratamiento, eliminar sustancialmente todo el aire desde dicha cámara de tratamiento, recalentar dicho vapor de agua dentro de dicha cámara de tratamiento, colocar un producto alimenticio dentro de dicha cámara de tratamiento cuando ésta se encuentra llena con vapor de agua recalentado en la ausencia sustancial de aire, estabilizando de este modo con rapidez a dicho producto alimenticio, y, después de ello, retirar dicho producto alimenticio estabilizado desde dicha cámara de tratamiento.
