Abstract

1. Perfeccionamientos introducidos en los aparatos para preparación de café exprés, caracterizados porque cada conjunto se constituye partiendo de una estructura de chasis formada pro dos paredes que se disponen enfrentadas, verticales, en paralelismo y distanciadas, ubicándose en el recinto definido entre las mismas y solidaria una cámara cilíndrica en cuyo seno se efectúa el proceso de obtención de café por erogación, accediendo a la misma un caudal de agua caliente presurizada que atraviesa una masa de aquel producto, previamente depositada en la cavidad, disponiéndose además entre dichas paredes unos órganos móviles que determinan un ciclo periódico de cierre hermético de la cámara, apertura de la misma y llenado con café recién molido, posterior a la evacuación de la pastilla seca residual, cuyos elementos operan según un movimiento coordinado de elevación-basculación en carrera doble, de ida y vuelta, y descenso, en relación a un eje transversal a la estructura, situado en su posiciónmás baja en el plano axial a la cámara cilíndrica ortogonal a las paredes, siendo móvil el fondo de esta cámara, de manera que en sincronismo con los desplazamientos de los órganos citados, este fondo formado por un émbolo con perforaciones de paso reducido, para facilitar la distribución a su través del café líquido, realiza un ciclo de ascenso-descenso, llegando a enrasarse su superficie con el plano de la embocadura de la cavidad cilíndrica determinando en su posición más baja el recinto de erogación, realizándose todos los movimientos indicados partiendo de un único rotor accionado por un motor, cuyo rotor va anclado al armazón y situado transversalmente a las dos paredes que lo forman.
