Abstract

Perfeccionamiento introducidos en un cable eléctrico aislado que contiene una pluralidad de conductores de alambre aislados dentro de una camisa, en cuyo cable los intersticios existentes entre los conductores y dentro de la camisa están llenos al menos en parte de un material que no sufre segregación y que comprende: a) entre aproximadamente 8 y aproximadamente 45 partes en peso de un poliuretano derivado de i) un compuesto de poliisocianato que contiene por lo menos 0,25 equivalentes de un poliisocianato alifático de cadena larga, y ii) un poliol seleccionado entre el grupo que consta de aceite de ricino, poliéter- polioles, homopolímeros de dienos que poseen grupos hidroxilo, copolímeros de dienos que poseen grupos hidroxilo, y combinaciones de los mismos; b) entre aproximadamente 20 y aproximadamente 75 partes en peso de aceite mineral; y c) entre aproximadamente 10 y aproximadamente 47 partes en peso de un agente de copulación que i) es miscible en todas proporciones con dicho aceite mineral, ii) tiene un parámetro de solubilidad total comprendido entre aproximadamente 7,0 y aproximadamente 9,5, iii) tiene un número de índice de unión de hidrógeno comprendido entre aproximadamente 6,0 y aproximadamente 12,0 y iv) es substancialmente no reactivo con dicho prepolímero de poliisocianato y dicho poliol; y estando presente además un resto polidiénico en la estructura del poliuretano, extendido con aceite mineral, reticulado, curado y compatible con grasa.
