Procedimiento para la preparación de colorantes monoazoicos dispersos de fórmula: **( formula-02)** en donde R1 y R2 independientemente cada uno representa un radical alquilo; y y Z independientemente cada uno representa un átomo de halógeno y X representa hidrógeno, un radical hidrocarburo, un grupo amino o un grupo -NHW ó -OW en donde W es un radical hidrocarburo; caracterizado porque comprende diazotar una arilamina de fórmula: **( formula-02)** en donde Y y Z tienen los significados indicados anteriormente, y copular el compuesto de diazonio así obtenido con un componente de copulación que tiene la fórmula:** (formula-03)** en donde R1, R2 y X tienen los significados indicados anteriormente
