Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un medicamento con efecto antivírico que contiene ácido ribonucleico de transferencia, caracterizado porque se trata levadura con fenol, se sifona la fase acuosa y se somete ésta a una precipitación con etanol, después de lo cual se purifica el precipitado de ácido ribonucleico de transferencia eurariótico por medio de dietilaminoetil-celulosa, se mezcla este precipitado con sustancias auxiliares, excipientes y/o aditivas farmacéuticas usuales y se lleva la mezcla a una forma adecuada para su aplicación nasal, tópica o intraperitoneal.
