Abstract
1. Un procedimiento de colada de artículos metálicos ligeros, siendo configurados dichos artículos mediante el uso de artículos de fundería que se desmoronan después de la colada de dichos artículos metálicos; cuyo procedimiento consiste en: a) distribuir sobre un árido una cantidad ligante de hasta un 10%, calculada sobre el peso del árido, de una composición ligante que está constituida por una combinación de un componente poliol y un componente poliisocianato líquido, donde dicho componente poliol comprende un amino poliol o un aducto de amoníaco y un óxido de alquileno, para formar una mezcla de fundería; b) configurar la mezcla de fundería en el artículo de fundería deseado; c) dejar que frague el artículo de la etapa b); d) calentar el metal ligero hasta que se funde y es colable; e) colar el metal ligero utilizando el artículo configurado de fundería de la etapa c); f) dejar que solidifique el metal colado; y g) desmoronar el artículo de fundería y retirar dicho artículo de funderíadesmoronado del artículo metálico ligero colado.
