Abstract

La présente invention concerne les procédés de préparation de résine furano-carbamique. Suivant l'invention, le procédé de préparation de résine furano-carbamique consiste à faire réagir une résine urée-formol, soluble d'une façon illimitée dans l'eau et de l'urée à une température de 5 à 85 degrés C et à modifier la résine urée-formol avec l'alcool furilique dans un rapport exprimé en parties pondérales égal à 100/20 à 200 respectivement, à une température de 50 à 85 degrés C et à un pH égal à 7,2-8,9 avec déshydratation simultanée sous vide du produit à modifier. La résine obtenue trouve des applications en qualité de liant dans la fabrication de noyaux de fonderie pour la construction automobile, la construction de tracteurs et d'autres branches de la construction mécanique.
