Abstract
1. Un procedimiento para fabricar un tornillo de taladrado y formación de rosca automáticos a partir de un material de acero inoxidable de serie 300, que comprende las fases de: recalcar en frío una cabeza de aceptación de par torsor radialmente ensanchada en un extremo de una pieza no conformada de material de acero inoxidable austenítico serie 300; forjar el extremo opuesto de dicha pieza no conformada entre un par de troqueles opuestos de formación de puntas configurados para producir una punta taladradora en dicho extremo, realizándose el forjado de dicho extremo opuesto moviendo el par de troqueles relativamente uno en dirección al otro con el extremo de la pieza no conformada entre los mismos a una velocidad que no excede generalmente de 6 pulg. (15,24 cm.) por minuto transformando por ende la punta taladradora de una estructura austenítica en una estructura martensítica.
