Abstract

1. Un procedimiento para la preparación de microcápsulas sustancialmente exentas de disolvente, constituidas esencialmente por un núcleo de un insecticida seleccionado entre el grupo formado por methomyl, oxamyl y mezclas de methomyl y un insecticida seleccionado entre el grupo formado por oxamyl, aldicarb, diflubenzuron, chlordimeform, metil- parathion, etil-parathion, EPN, fenvalerato, permethrin, decamethrin, cypermethrin, carbaryl y leptophos, dentro de una pared encapsulante de poliurea entrecruzada, constituyendo el insecticida por lo menos del 10 al 75% del peso de la microcápsulas, cuyo procedimiento comprende: (a) disolver methomyl, oxamyl, o una mezcla de methomyl y un insecticida seleccionado entre el grupo formado por oxamyl, aldicarb, diflubenzuron, chlordimeform, metilparathion, etil- parathion, EPN, fenvalerato, permethrin, decamethrin, cypermethrin, carbaryl, y leptophos en cloruro de metileno que contiene un poliisocianato o una mezcla de un poliisocianato y diisocianato; (b) emulsionar la solución en una solución acuosa fría de un agente tensoactivo; (c hacer reaccionar la emulsión procedente de la etapa anterior con una diamina, una poliamina o unas mezcla de ambas para producir una poliurea entrecruzada que forma una cáscara encapsulante alrededor de las gotitas de la solución emulsionada; y (d) eliminar el cloruro de metileno.
