Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de llantas neumáticas, de elastómeros de material plástico, especialmente de poliuretano, con un cuerpo interior de neumático, una carcasa anclada en el neumático mediante núcleos de rodete, un suplemento de cinto y un cuerpo exterior de neumático con una parte de superficie de rodadura, caracterizado porque la carcasa se constituye por enrollamiento de cuerda o cordón radialmente desde un núcleo de rodete al otro núcleo de rodete sobre el contorno de un núcleo de molde, a distancia de la superficie del núcleo de molde, con anclaje alternativo de la cuerda o del cordón, por lo menos en uno de los núcleos de rodete dispuestos a ambos lados del neumático, por enlazado total alrededor de los mismos, porque se aplica un suplemento de cinto, que transcurre en dirección periférica y porque finalmente se aplica encima el cuerpo exterior del neumático y la superficie de rodadura.
