Abstract
Método de preparación de una solución de resina de poliéster soluble en agua para revestir conductores eléctricos , caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar una mezcla que incluye (a) 10 moles de por lo menos uno de los siguientes elementos: neopentilglicol, 1,2.tudanodil y 1, 4-butanodiol, con (b) de 3 a 8 moles de un ácido policarboxílico orgánico elegido entre un ácido tricarboxílico aromático o mezclas de los mismos con un ácido dicarboxílico carbocíclico, en el cual la relación molar entre ácido tricarboxílico y ácido dicarboxílico está incluida aproximadamente 1:0 y 1 con >(c) de 1 a 4 moles de un ácido dicarboxílico alifático orgánico elegido entre un ácido dicarboxílico alifático saturado o mezclas de los mismos con un ácido dicarboxílico insaturao alifático, en el cual la relación molar entre el ácido dicarboxílico alifático saturado y el ácido dicarboxílico alifático insaturado está incluida entre 1:0 y 0,2 y con (d) de 0,5 a 2,0 moles de tris -(2-hidroxialquilo) isocianurato, conteniendo el alquilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, en presencia de (e) una cantidad eficaz de un catalizador para activar el isocianurato para producir la correspondiente esterificación que proporcione el poliéster y a continuación se añade una cantidad de un disolvente orgánico que proporciona una solución de resina, continuándose la reacción de esterificación hasta que el valor de acide disminuye hasta un valor incluido entre 35 y 45 y siendo la relación molar de OH/COOH=1,1 a 2,0
