Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en circuitos Darlington de potencia monolíticos, en los que dos transistores y tres terminales se hallan formados sobre un substrato y están interconectados para formar un par Darlington, caracterizado por el hecho de proveer asimismo sobre el referido substrato un cuarto terminal que queda disponible para conexión externa, estando este cuarto terminal conectado al electrodo base del segundo transistor, así como al electrodo emisor del primer transistor.
