Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en dispositivos para la fabricación de piezas moldeadas de cualquier configuración, de espuma de material sintético, preferentemente polistirol expansible, en el que la conformación se efectúa en dos cavidades de molde separadas una de otra, una de las cuales está constantemente caliente y la otra constantemente fría, de tal manera que se vierten bolitas de material de espuma en la cavidad de molde caliente y se unen mediante alimentación de un medio de calefacción, por ejemplo vapor de agua, formándose una pieza moldeada previa, tras lo cual ésta pieza moldeada previa se pasa a la cavidad de molde fría con fines de estabilidad, caracterizados porque el núcleo de la cavidad de molde caliente formada por la matriz de la cavidad de molde caliente y la cubierta de la cavidad de molde caliente, está dispuesto en la cubierta de la cavidad de molde caliente y porque el núcleo de la cavidad de molde fría formada por la matriz de la cavidad de molde fría y la cubierta de la cavidad de molde fría, está dispuesto en la matriz de la cavidad de molde fría.
