Abstract

Procedimiento de secado de un producto que comporta al menos un constituyente volátil, caracterizado porque se calienta el producto a partir de las calorías de una parte de los vapores del producto previamente comprimidos; y porque a continuación, se calienta el citado producto poniendolo en contacto con una arte de los vapores del producto previamente recalentados por intercambio de calor con un fluido auxiliar.
