Abstract
Procedimiento para la inoculación de fundición líquida, caracterizado por el hecho de tratar la referida fundición líquida con una composición constituida por combinaciones de punto de fusión elevado, de silicatos de calcio y de aluminio que tienen la composición aproximada CaO.A12O3. 2SiO2 + 3A12O3,2SiO2, así como un compuesto de aluminosilicato bicálcico que tiene hasta 20% en peso de carburo de silicio y 10 % en peso de carburo de calcio, estando los citados combinaciones y componente añadidos a la estructura cristalina de una matriz siliciosa en aleación de ferrosilicio, de suerte que la relación entre, por una parte la matriz siliciosa completada por los silicatos de calcio y aluminio de punto de fusión elevado, y por la otra el compuesto de alúminosilicato bicálcico, es de aproximadamente 1 : 0,05 a 0,2 y de suerte que el tenor de la matriz siliciosa en silicatos de, aluminio y de calcico de punto de fusión elevado, llega a 5 a 30 en peso, y de preferencia a 8 a 15 % en peso, estandopresente la composición de inoculación en el tratamiento en una proporción comprendida entre 0,05 y 1 % en peso de la fundición tratada.
