Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de aglutinantes de laca diluibles en agua, caracterizado porque A. a) 30 hasta 65% en peso de un aromato de vinilo o de isopropilo con 8 hasta 14 átomos de carbono, o un metacrilato de alquilo con 1 hasta 4 átomos de carbono en el componente alcohol, o sus mezclas; b) 10 hasta 30% en peso de como mínimo un acrilato de alquilo con 1 hasta 8 átomos de carbono en el componente alcohol; c) 1 hasta 20% en peso de ácido maléico, ácido fumárico, ácido itacóico o sus semiésteres con 1 hasta 8 átomos de carbono en el componente alcohol, ácido (met)acrílico, o las mezclas de los monómeros mencionados; d) 5 hasta 20% en peso de como mínimo un éster hidroxialquílico del ácido (met)acrílico con 2 hasta 4 átomos de carbono en el grupo alquilo o glicidil(met)acrílato, o las mezclas de los monómeros mencionados, y e) 10 hasta 30% en peso de N-metilol(met)acrilamina o N- metoximetil(met)acrilamida, o sus mezclas, se copolimerizan a 70 hasta 160ºC en presencia de un formador de radicales, a continuación se mezclan 20 hasta 94% en peso del copolímero obtenido con B. 1 hasta 40% en peso de una lactama saturada y C. 5 hasta 40% en peso de una resina de aminoplasto, y un 30 hasta 100% del número de los grupos carboxilo del componente A, c) incorporado en el copolímero se neutralizan con amoniaco, mono- o poliaminas.
