Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención continua de aluminosilicato sódico, finamente dividido, insoluble en agua, que contiene agua combinada de fórmula general: x Na20. Al203. Y Si02'' en al que x significa un número comprendido entre 0,2 y 1,5 e y significa un número comprendido entre 1,5 y 10, que muestran partes, con un tamaño de partícula superior a 25 µm, inferior al 0,1% en peso, por mezclado de aluminato sódico disuelto en agua con silicato sódico disuelto en agua en presencia de hidróxido de sodio en exceso y a continuación filtración del producto de la reacción, caracterizado porque se combinan entre s¿ñi una solución de aluminato con una composición correspondiente a una proporción molar de: 1 Al2o3: 1 a 10 Na20: 20 a 200 H2O así como una solución de silicato con una composición correspondiente a una proporción molar de: Na20: Si02 de 0,1 a 10 y H20: Si02 de 5a a 200 en una proporción en peso correspondiente a una composición total en número co respecto a la relación molar de 1,5 a 15 Na20: 1 Al 2O3: 1 a 15 Si02 : 50 a 400 H20 a una temperatura comprendida entre 0 u 103ºc, bajo empleo de un sistema de boquilla con al menos dos canales de líquido, en el que se envían la solución de aluminato y de silicato separadamente al oficio de salida de la boquilla, de tal forma que ambas soluciones se encuentran únicamente inmediatamente después de haber abandonado el orificio de salida de la boquilla y reaccionen entre sí aun en forma de chorro pulverizado con formación de un gel de aluminosilicato sódico amorfo a los rayos X.
