Abstract

Procedimiento enzimático para la obtención de pelos y para la disgregación simultánea de pellejos, mediante el empleo de enzimas proteolíticas, caracterizado porque el pellejo, liberado de la sal de conservación, primeramente se trata de un modo previo en el alcance de pH ácido con sustancias disociadoras de puentes de disulfuro y seguidamente, sin remojo precedente, utilizando proteasas, eficaces en el alcance alcalino, con un valor pH desde alrededor de 11 hasta alrededor de 13, se ocasiona el aflojamiento del pelo y la disgregación del pellejo simultáneamente.
