Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de nuevos compuestos de hidrazina acilados de fórmula **fórmula** donde R significa un resto hidrocarburo alifático ó aromático, en caso dado sustituido , y Ac significa un resto acilo y n representa un número entero de 1-4, donde, en el caso de que n tenga un valor de 2-4 los restos R pueden ser iguales ó diferentes y estar enlazados en cualquiera de las posiciones posibles del anillo de piridina, bajo la condición de que R como alquilo inferior enlazado en la posición 3 tenga 2-7 átomos de carbono y n tenga el valor 1 cuando Ac significa el grupo acetilo y bajo la ulterior condición de que R como alquilo inferior enlazado en la posición 3, 4, 5 ó 6 tenga 2-7 átomos de carbono, cuando Ac significa el grupo benzoilo, como mezcla de racematos, racematos, antípodas ópticos ó sus sales, caracterizado porque a) un compuesto de fórmula ** fórmula** se hace reaccionar con un compuesto de fórmula HOOC-R1 (III), ó un derivado reactivo de un ácido carboxílico de éstos, ó con un derivado reactivo de un monoéster ó monoamida del ácido carbónico (IV), ó b) en un compuesto de fórmula **fórmula** donde X1 y X2 en cada caso significan hidrógeno ó un sustituyente sustsituible por hidrógeno, ó X1 y X2 juntos significan un resto divalente, sustituible por dos átomos de hidrógeno, y/o los grupos funcionales existentes en los grupos R y Ac se encuentran en caso dado en forma protegida, bajo la condición de que como mínimo uno de los restos X1 y X2 sea distinto de hidrógeno, ó como mínimo X1 y X2 juntos representen un resto divalente, sustituible por dos átomos de hidrógeno, ó como mínimo los grupos funcionales existentes en el l grupo R y/o Ac estén presentes en forma protegida, ó en una sal del mismo, los grupos X1, X2 ó X1 y X2 juntos diferentes de hidrógeno se sustituyen por hidrógeno , y/o los grupos protectores enlazados en grupo R y/o Ac uno ó varios grupos funcionales se disocian y se sustituyen por hidrógeno, ó c) un compuesto de fórmula **fórmula** dondeX representa un grupo de salida adecuado, se hace reaccionar con un compuesto de fórmula H2H-NH-Ac (V) ó d) para la obtención de un compuesto de fórmula I, donde n es 1, en un compuesto de fórmula **fórmula** donde los grupos hidroxi y/o amino están protegidos por grupos protectores y R2 representa un sustituyente capacitado para la formación de un resto heteroarilo mono ó bicíclico, se forma el grupo heteroarilo mono- ó bicíclico, los grupos protectores en caso dado existentes se disoacian al mismo tiempo ó a continuación y se sustituyen por hidrógeno, y, si se desea, un compuesto asi obtenible de fórmula I se transforma en otro compuesto de fórmula I, y/o, si se desea, una mezcla de racematos obtenida se separa en los racematos, ó un racemato obtenido en los antípodas ópticos , y/o, si se desea, un compuesto libre de fórmula I obtenido se transforma en una sal ó una sal obtenida en el compuesto libre ó en otra sal.
