Abstract

Se preparan dos planchas de impresión cuya suma de longitudes es igual a la circunferencia de la cubierta cilíndrica (1). Se dilata radialmente la cubierta cilíndrica (1), y se deposita sobre la parte de su superficie correspondiente a la superficie de la primera plancha a fijar (4) una película epoxi. Se aplica sobre la película epoxi la primera plancha (4) en la posición exacta que debe ocupar. Se deposita sobre el resto de la superficie de la cubierta cilíndrica (1) una o varias láminas metálicas (5) para asegurar la continuidad de la superficie del cilindro. Se rodea la plancha fijar (4) con una cinta de apriete (6) que recubre completamente la plancha (4). Se somete a calentamiento para ablandar la película epoxi y se aprieta la cinta (6) ejerciendo fuerzas de tracción partiendo del centro de los dos extremos de la cinta y hacia los bordes periféricos. Se deja endurecer la cola epoxi, se quita la cinta (6) y la o las láminas (5). Se coloca una película epoxi sobre la superficie del cilindro correspondiente a la segunda plancha a fijar y se continua como anteriormente.
