CONSISTE EN REACCIONAR DIOXIDO DE SILICIO CRISTALINO O DE MATERIALES QUE LO CONTEGAN, CON OXIDO CALCICO O MATERIALES QUE LO CONTENGAN, EN UNA PROPORCION MOLAR ENTRE EL CAO Y EL CIO2 DE 0,8:1, HASTA 1,1:1, BAJO HOMOGENEIZACION DE LOS MISMOS EN AGUA, ENDURECIENDO EN AUTOCLAVE, DESMENUZANDO, SECANDO Y CLASIFICANDO. LA HOMOGENEIZACION SE EFECTUA MEDIANTE DISPERSION DE LAS SUSTANCIAS SOLIDAS EN EL AGUA, BAJO ADICION DE UNA SUSTANCIA TENSIOACTIVA Y DE ACCION ANIONICA (LAURILSULFATO SODICO), PREVIAMENTE TRANSFORMADA EN UNA ESPUMA ESTABLE DE POROS MICROSCOPICOS.
